Heather Develin

Heather has over 25 years of experience in Health Informatics working for the NHS and system supplier organisations; and for the last 10 years as a consultant. She has worked on a wide range of operational and strategic projects for a large number of NHS and private health organisations including both primary and secondary care trusts; and has particular experience in working with national bodies such as the National Screening Committee, the NHS Information Authority, the Department of Health and Connecting for Health.

Heather offers specific expertise in the development of health care information system strategies, project management, business process optimisation and change management; together with support for system procurement, development and implementation. Heather has excellent inter-personal and communication skills and is very experienced in working effectively with Users at all levels in an organisation in successfully achieving client objectives.

Ruth Gardiner

Ruth is a highly experienced health informatics professional with over 25 years broad ranging experience at executive and senior management level in the NHS, healthcare supplier industry and for the last 9 years in consultancy within the health sector.

With a highly successful track record in delivery of sustainable, clinically focused service improvement through effective and pragmatic deployment of technology and business solutions, Ruth brings a wide range of skills and experience. This includes all aspects of health informatics and service improvement in acute, mental health, community and PCT sectors as well as experience working at Department of Health level, with Connecting for Health and with healthcare suppliers.

Julia Hopper

Julia has over 25 years of experience in healthcare information system strategy, development, procurement, integration, implementation and associated process optimisation and benefits realisation.

Julia has held senior management positions in the healthcare supplier sector, where she was responsible for product management and consultancy services. For the last 10 years Julia has continued to provide specialist services for healthcare suppliers and providers at all levels in both public and private sectors.

Julia has significant breadth and depth of skills, knowledge and experience; she brings a sharp analytical approach to all tasks. Having successfully managed large projects and groups of business consultants, Julia has developed excellent team building and communication capabilities. Her clinical background means that Julia is fully familiar with clinical information imperatives.

Tina McGoldrick

Tina has many years experience in project management, systems implementation and optimisation and change management, working in both healthcare and the private sector. She has specific expertise in training and development associated with systems implementations and designing effective training programmes that incorporate application training and process re-design within healthcare.

She is highly skilled in business analysis and process redesign and in implementing change within healthcare, with specific experience of both the NHS and the independent health sector. Tina has strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow her to work effectively at all levels with particular focus on team building.

Jo Watts

Jo started her career in the private sector where she gained much of her technical IT experience. She joined the NHS in 1991 and has held a variety of IM&T posts in both a health authority setting and with two large acute Trusts. In 2000 she changed career within the NHS to develop skills in change management and service improvement and redesign.

Jo has in depth knowledge of how to deliver both technical and process change for the health service. She has strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable working with all levels of staff. She is experienced in bringing together teams, facilitating and developing them to deliver change and improvement to the NHS. She has well developed strategic planning, programme and project management skills. Her technical background coupled with her change management skills allows her to facilitate change using eHealth to deliver improvements in patient care.
